What Matters - Back to Basics

Looking after your family’s wellbeing is really important, and every family needs a bit of support from time to time as life changes or new challenges come up.

As a parent or carer, you can help your child’s wellbeing and your own by taking small, simple steps. Focusing on What Matters can help you feel more in control and make positive changes using the 5 ways to wellbeing.

Start by choosing just one area to think about. Look at your home life and consider what small, manageable changes you and your family could try together.

Click on the flower, check our What Matters noticeboard, or speak to someone in the nursery if you’d like support or ideas.
